Im Going to .....

Its officially two months into 2019 and I started to feel like it was an extension of 2018. I am over my holiday hangover and started back to my regular routine. It became the same thing different day with occasional outings with friends. Like most I claimed, "This is my year!" (change, greatness, and living my best life). Question: "How can I bring this into fruition?" Answer: "Not by sitting on your ass and letting time pass!" I took a step out of my regular scheduled program, and went salsa dancing (it was FREE) with one of my yoga students.I stopped saying what I was going to do and just did it. I changed up my daily routine, stepped out of my comfort zone, stopped finding excuses, and enjoyed every minute.

I think as humans (well some) we tend to stay in our comfort zone and make empty promises to ourselves about we we want to do. We find excuses like not enough money, finding a sitter, to tired, and scheduling. These excuses allow time to pass by leaving you with the same expectations for the next year. Its time to change your regular scheduled program and start something new. If you can't find a friend to join you; so what do it on your own make new friends. If you don't have the money to travel over seas; no biggie save money or do a payment plan. The only person stopping you is yourself. Let this be the year of I did.... and not I'm going to ....
